    It's bad news for CD buyers. :(

    But CD-Wow says it will still sell cheap CDs and may appeal against the ruling. :D

    Let's not go nuts... CDWOW don't sell THAT cheap compared to other online retailers. Let's not even mention their "sales" with bargains like "Bands Of Brothers" boxset for EUR85 - it's about a third of that price in your local Virgin or HMV.

    Anyways, that's besides the point. I was sure they'd have to pay up eventually after the uproar after CDWOW HK a couple of years back.

    Shame to see them leave the market though so hope they get their way outta this.
