How did you convert to B&W?

I like the shots, but would prefer even a tiny bit of sky detail would go a long way though.

Could make for some nice promo shots for the hotel.

How did you convert to B&W?

The first two were simply channel mixer in CS and the last one was converted before in Camera Raw..first 2 have no added contrast either but the last one does..
