    It sure is, perhaps they should have highlighted the fact that most of the people on this flight would probably have required a wheelchair and alot of care. The logistics of them being forced to stay in the airport (Lourdes airport is basic at best) without previously arranged accomodation would have been a nightmare, and most likely extremely distressing for the patients and carers involved.

    A huge group from one organisation being delayed by 48-hours isn't that common - seems like it's worthy of a mention even though it may not be headline news.

    Suppose you're right. According to the last census 10% of our population are "foreign nationals" now so they may not be aware of Lourdes and why people go there so a bit more detail in the report would have been useful.
