Where was/is Boccina

    Wonder can anyone help, been on google for ages and cant find the answer. Child has geography homework - Find the modern name for these cities, remembering that the romans founded many of the towns and cities of modern Europe.

    He has found 7 of the 8 listed, he cant find one that matches Boccina, looking on a map the closest he can find is Barcelona as this seems to be where the dot on his map is, but he is unsure as google is not throwing up anything to suggest it was Barcelone. Would be greatful if anyone can help.

    Barcelona was Barcino.

    Could your child have mis-heard the question?

    no, he has a printed map on a worksheet with 8 cities dotted & named by their ancient names, he got all the other seven but cant find anything for Boccina, it seems to be located where Barcelona is just cant find any reference to it.
    The other cities are

    Eburacum - York
    Londinium - London
    Burdigala - Bordeaux
    Lutetia- Paris
    Argentoratum - Strasbourg
    Vindobona - Vienna
    Byzantium - Istanbul
    & the missing one Boccina -
