Camera Valuation Please

Can anyone please help value this kit for me?
I bought it but never ran more than 8 maybe 10 rolls of film through it.

    35mm SLR Canon EOS 1000F N
    Sigma DL Zoom 35-80mm 1:4-5.6
    Sigma UC Zoom 70-210mm 1:4-5.6
Original instruction manual and padded Miranda Rambler camera bag.

The camera and lenses are absolutely perfect, not a mark anywhere.

As I said I've no idea of the value, depending on what's it's worth I might put it up on Adverts.

I just think it's a pity to leave it in a cupboard when it might get someone involved in the hobby at a reasonable cost.

    Thanks.

At a guess I'd say no more than a couple of hundred euro.A good idea is to go to a shop like cons with a view to 'trading up';) and see what they offer, then add about 25%.

Thanks, but it would cost me a couple of hundred euros to get from here to Cons.:D

You would be lucky to get more than 130euro for it, personally I'd kept it.

i sold my old 35mm SLR Canon EOS 1000FN plus one lens for €100 i think it was and that was a couple of years ago.

you'd be lucky to find someone to buy them and if you do, €70- €150 is the range i'd say it'd sell for

    Thanks for the replies.

I knew it wasn't going to have a great value.

It was a decent enough camera when bought, read review here but most people want digital now. No more room for 35mm film.

I don't want to put it up on Adverts.ie at silly money and get some poor poster banned for under bidding.

I suppose it's just going to end up gathering dust. Thanks again.

Not sure if this is your auction, if not keep an eye on the auction as he is selling nearly the identical equipment as yourself., it will you a better idea to the evaluation

I don't know anything about Canon stuff, but its possible those lenses will work with their digital models too - if so you could probably get decent prices for them.
