    Quatloos.
So say, if a jack comes out, I will bet and say: 150 quatloos on the newcomer.

Who says I bet 1500 chips? Go on admit who hit chips! I think it should be a rule that you have to say dollars when betting 1 million and never with any other amount.

In a tournament I don't think i've ever called a chip anything other than a scalp or by their slang names, ie: monkey or a pony which is really just an amount.

In a cash game it's whatever currency i'm playing in.

in a tourne i think everyone really just says the number.

When playing with some of my friends. Everything is "Pound"! Just for the fun of it.

"I raise ten pound" must be said in a rough country accent.

and to answer your questions.......yes we are very very sad!:D
