How to run Photoshop actions from within Lightroom

I came upon this on the FourThirds site and thought it might be of interest to some here http://fourthirdsphoto.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=13487 I haven't tried it myself but reaction over there is good.

Hi Nilhg,

That's excellent thanks. I'm working my way through lightroom and I'd like to make a few actions myself based on some I've made in Photoshop.
