I was just reading a game report on the PC Gamer website for a 20 day Gal Civ 2 - worth a look because its pretty entertaining, and also rather impressive that the AIs in the game were playing at a strategic level that was so ahead of the player in question that he didnt figure out what they were doing until after the game…

A very good read and i have seen glimpses of that kind of thing when i played the game.
You couldnt understand why something was happening until you see the big picture towards the end. It really is a very good game and one i must play again over the summer.
