    Hey folks,
Just wanted to pop on here and thank the lads from 3 Castles MMA for popping over the other night. Dylan got in touch last week as they were losing their hall to the election (stupid democracy!) and asked if they could pay a visit and we were happy to oblige. As usual, they brought with them their excellent standard of grappling and it was great to roll with some less familiar games.

I was actually going to put down Brian’s injury but realised that would make it sound like we beat the crap out of each other (we didn’t!). I won’t mention the specifics just in case he’s embarrassed but suffice to say I got a good laugh out of it, it’s usually me who the unfortunately weird accidents happen to so I’m glad it was someone else this time!

We look forward to future joint sessions.

It was good. Those fellas knew what they were at alright.
Great to roll with Dylan even if it was slightly humiliating :o
(What the hell is he doing now.... YAHH! tap tap tap)

Ha, highly embarrasing, I was trying to pass dylans guard and was posting with my arm, he then swept that arm and I absolutely lambasted (whacked) my head off the ground

next thing I know, 20 mins have passed and i'm in someone elses guard, confused as hell and talking weird **** "where am I, what am I doing, is this a competition?" concussion time.
I just walked around in a daze for a while I forgot what sport we were doing and how to do any of the moves I generally clung on to people.
I then went outside and got some air and tried to remember where I was and how I got here. when I went back in the class was over.
I was pretty embarrassed, but more dissappointed that I didn't make the most out of the joint training session.
I hope we can do it again in the future and hopefully I don't knock myself out.

I really enjoyed the session..... well the 10 minutes that I could remember doing.
