Window child lock/stop

Anyone know where I could get something like this.
We have standard double glazed aluminium windows and have been unable to get window child locks which will allow the window to open a few inches. I did see them on windows when we on holiday in Cork and thought I would be able to get them in Woodies etc.., but no luck.
A guy came around the door saying that he could supply and fit them for €35 a window. He said that he imports them and that you can't get them in diy shops here.
It seemed a little excessive, we have 7 windows upstairs that we would need to do.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.
