Sky+ Keeps Freezing

Hello, Our picture keeps freezing on Sky+, its fine once you change channels and go back but also does it when playing back recorded programmes. Only started happening last week and Sky originally said it may be caused by the uploads of AnytimeTV but want to get it sorted before 1 year warranry is up. Just wondered if…

Hello,

What's your signal levels like?

Go to Services, 4, 6 to see the Signal Quality bar. Don't pay much heed to the Signal Strength, quality is the important one.

I had major freezing problems with my Sky+ especially when I turned it on in the morning after it had been put on stand by. I upgraded the harddrive to a 250gb one and I havent had a problem since!
