I made this thread as a helpful hint to all my fellow P90 people in despair.
Anyone who owns a P90 knows they can be awkward to find gear for(every other type of gun is accomodated for except our beloved P90's)...slings, mag holders, etc. However the look is now over. I found this site through trawling through sites and sites of crap, check out all his stuff on the site, its not all just for the P90.

    Hope it helps.

Those vests with the p90 mag pouches look excellent. Going to buy one?

No, they're too pricey considering he sells MOLLE mag pouches(fit 3 mags)and I have a MOLLE vest already...cant wait to play again, its clearly been far too long!

We discussed how this would work at HRTA and if the pouches are mounted sideways it would be easy to get at them and you could have loads of them.

OR, you could not be a hose and actually conserve your ammunition ;)

well p90 hi caps can be tempermental so a back full of 60round mags would still require you to conserve ammo. or if at predator with hi caps would stop the need to walk all the way back should you run out in a long game.

Or you could just like being a hose.

yea, that's my plan, keep 2 hi-caps for when i feel like hosing someone :D and about 6 lo-caps (68rnds) across my back

now if only someone made a mid-cap for the p90.....no jams and a decent number of bb's

Everyone seems to think the P90 high-caps are the devil...if they jam its because it tries to load two bb's into the clockwork mechanism at once. A gentle tap fixes it!

How would you mount them sideways on a MOLLE vest? You wouldnt be able to clip the mag holder onto the vest. You'd be better off just copying the vest design Oisin mentioned earlier.

    Yeah, if the hi-cap jams:
    1.Clench your fist
2.Strike down on top of mag
    3.Hose'em

nothing a bit of minor modification to the pouches wouldnt fix

id probably put 3 facing upwards so that I can just reach behind my shoulders and grab a mag and then 2 or 3 going sideways across my lower back.

the mags arent too bad, when they work well you'll get a full mag out of a single wind, it's just when they jam they can be a pain, i've often tried the tap on the top of the mag, but most of the time i take the mag out and give it a quick shake because the tap doesnt always work

Do you realise how hard it is going to be to put the empty nags back in?

get a dump pouch for those empty "nags" ;) its the most usefull thing ive ever bought

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,323 ✭✭✭Spitfire666

have to agree with that. dump pouches are great for empties.

Buy an AK47/74. 600 rd mags. No need to reload for 95% of games. So no empties and no need for a dump pouch. :D

But the P90 is just so sexy and practical.
