    How won't it work?
It won't start? You can't change anything? Stuff you change doesn't make a difference?

If its Windows 2000 then you might be surprised to hear it is not included with it. Strange decision by Microsoft but they realised the errors of their ways and re-introduced with XP. Dunno about vista though? Anyway if its Windows 2000 your using you can just download it from the Microsoft website and other places.

    Search C: for msconfig
