Peugeot 307 Radio problem

    The radio on my wifes 2002 307 lately cannot pickup radio stations and store then but strangely enough sometimes it does.Anybody know where I could get it looked at or is it handier to buy a new one (Leinster area)?

    Might be worth a quick phonecall to a Peugeot garage - maybe not your usual one, you might get a quick answer....?

    While i had my 307 (sold since) i always found the radio reception was very poor and the cd player only worked now and again...:rolleyes:

    As far as i remember when you get the channel you want keep the number (e.g. 2 ) button pressed for a few seconds and that should save the channel
    to the no 2 button.

    thats a real coinsidence i had the same problem with my 2002 Peugeot 307 the only station i could get was Radio 1 on Long wave LW. ended up changing for a pioneer i got in argos. but you cant operate it then from the steering wheel its a bitch ...

    Anyone find a solution???

    other halfs 02 307 had similar problem, new radio from peugeot was working out about €400-500 fitted i think, bought a sony with bluetooth phone kit and ipod jack for €220 and fitted it myself.
    Cons- cant use remote control stalk.
    Pros- can listen to all radio stations with great reception!!!!!!:D
