Edited to give infor on villan. Villan with the SS is a typical hit and runner no real stats. Villan with big stack is a real bad LUCKY player!!! he has his stack from sucking out on me (see BB stickey) stats 75/35/8/155

    Pre-flop:
    lekkerownen calls for $1.
    Macspower raises $3.50.
    DIABLO12345 calls for $4.
    @pirana@ folds.
    lekkerownen calls for $3.50.

    The flop comes
    10d Kh 5d.

I dont know if its an easy fold at all, the way it played the only hand i can see that is beating us is KT, even then thats poorly played. I think Villan will be on a FD/straight draw here alot of the time.

    What?
There are loads of hands that beat us - most of them are sets.

Our hand is not very strong facing this sort of action from two players.

We are usually beaten it at least one spot, and when we find that we are somehow magically ahead, then somebody has a big draw, and is thus 50/50 or so to win the hand.

So if we call, we usually find that we are either A. a small favourite/neutral ev, or B. a huge underdog (to a set for example).

This is usually a bad spot to get the money in.

This is a pretty bad raise, especially if the Villain has already limped and is as loose as 75 VPiP. I'd be making this at least 5 with a large range when a fish I have position on has such a big stack, especially with AKs.

sorry the way everest write the hand histories is a bit stupid... all raises are "by" so I raised by 3.50 to 4.50.. my usual standard raise of 3.5 bb's + 1 bb per raiser.

The way I look at it he is raising into a protected pot and I'm sure I'm beaten here enough times to make it a profitable fold... although because he's sooooo bad might change things a little

Macs - which guy is the muppet?

If the big stack was really this bad, I would probably call.

small stack is a hit and run push all in guy... big stack is a muppet that has already stacked me when I hit a set on an A62 board with 66 and the turn brought another A and he went all in with A10 and rivered a 10... look at his stats in the op

This isn't a typical 3 way pot, the guy is all in and the side pot is $160 or so. And it sounds like the guy can have any K, I would call this and not think twice.

yeah, I totally missed that the big stack was a total muppet.

    I also call.

This looks like the short stack could be pushing with
any set, 2 pair, a decent King or a flush draw.

The muppet might have a set or just as likely
to be trying to isolate the short stack with a King himself.

From the player details either would have pushed with K's or 10's pre-flop
so I'm putting the chances of a set at less than 20%
with the ther options of King/Ten, another King or flush-draw being equally likely.

Given that you're not too deep stacked here I call and start praying.

I thought the fold was profitable in general but on this occassion I was wrong.

    Macspower folds,

    Showdown:

    DIABLO12345 shows
    7d Jd
    Kh Jd 10d 7d 5d
    King high

    lekkerownen shows
    Kd Qc
    Kh Kd Qc 10d 5d
    A pair of Kings

    The turn comes Ah.
    The river comes 10c.

    lekkerownen:
    Kd Qc
    Kh Kd 10d 10c Ah
    Two Pair, Kings and Tens

    DIABLO12345:
    7d Jd
    10d 10c Ah Kh Jd
    A pair of Tens

    lekkerownen wins pot ($80.70).
