You can claim for the previous four tax years - so you can claim for 2003, 2004 and 2005. Your options are
    1. Ring revenue and ask for balancing statement for 2003-2005. However for this to be correct you must have already notified revenue of all of your entitlements i.e. rent credit, medical expenses, bin charges etc
    2. If you have entitlements that you have not claimed yet but would like to (such as rent, medical, bin, employment expenses) you will need to fill in a form 12 - you can get it from the revenue online at www.revenue.ie
    3. If you have trouble filling out the form or would like to know what amount of tax you will be due back before you approach revenue there is an online taxation company where you can do it online - www.taxmate.ie
    4. You can send you documents into a company and they will process it for you for a fee - www.taxback.com

To do option 2, 3, 4 of the above tho you will need your P60 for the tax year
