Does anybody have any links (or advice!) to discussion of heads up cash games? I have a feeling they are very profitable and have been dipping my feet a bit recently but I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing. Please God let me sleep

There used to be a great series of articles on Ultimate bet but I've had a quick look and can't find them. They were written by John Vorhaus iirc.
