Villain hasn't played too many hands at the table only here 15 mins so no reads he's not up to much
    pacific .50/1 6-handed stacks me 122 Button 101

    CO posts dead blind,

UTG folds i receive AQd and make it 4 to go CO folds, Button calls, blinds drop out.

    Flop

    3x3d10d (10.50)

I lead for 6. Button makes it 15. I call.

Turn 9c (39) I check Button bets 24 i call after nearly timing out did't give him the credit for pairs and suit/conn type hands. I feel that against a lot of opponents i would fold here.

River Kd (85) as played open shove for 79 check/call check raise etc. which and why?

This is not a returns based post, just trying to figure out the optimum strategy. Analysis much appreciated.

Looks fairly standard to me, betting the flop then checking the turn reeks of a missed AK/AQ. If you shove the river, I don't think you get a worse hand calling you, If he had a T, he won't call. If you vb/bb say 40 you have 39 left and if he shoves would have to make a crying call imo. I really don't think he has QJ either , looks to me like he has a T, maybe TT depending on how aggro he is. I prefer a check call.

Firstly I'd have raised it an extra BB pre-flop to take into account the dead money in the pot.

Then I'd bet a little more on the flop, maybe $8-10. But $6 is OK.

When we are raised it's rather scary. We'll be out of position for the rest of the hand and there's still alot of money to go in. Our flush may be no good if we hit it. But because the raise is so small I would probably call it myself and check the turn to see what he does, when he bets again on the turn, I would have folded there. As played on the River, I suppose the thing to do is check call.

You could re-re-raise the flop but that is very risky due to the board being paired, if the board wasn't paired I would re-raise.
