hey guys
had a read of the 'recommend me a camera' sticky but didn't find enough to help me, so hopefully some nice person will reply i have had a nikon coolpix 3100 for a good while now and i love it but i really need one with a bigger optical zoom (3X just wont cut it anymore) and obviously a few more pixels would be good too however i don't really want to go down the SLR route as it's mainly for sticking in my pocket or a small bag and using out and about/holidays/gigs/random places, and if i have to lug something massive round i'll just end up leaving it at home. i had a look at the panasonic lumix range as they seem to have some 6X and 10X optical zoom cameras which looked nice. would they be recommended. i've got up to €300 ish or a bit more for the right camera, to spend.
