Windows Mail... cannot delete messages

Hi, I have recently bought a new laptop with Vista and Windows Mail installed. All was going great until I discovered that no matter what I try I cannot empty/delete my deleted items folder... keeps flashing up that "an unknown error has occured" I now have a couple of thousand messages awaiting deletion. Has anybody else…

Hi,
