8800GTS Operating Temp

    Hi all,

    just got my new 8800GTS, 320MB, DDR3

    It's idling at 54c and operating at 67c

    Any idea on if this is withing what it should be ?

    DOH !!!

    I had forgotten to take out the rear blanking plate, with the 8800 being double height and the vents on the bottom plate blocked.

    Now running 42c idel, 55c under load. HL2 / DOD
