Recovering 'deleted' data from an SD card

Hi all. Was uploading pictures from my sisters SD card, and I deleted them - I'm no idiot, a prompt came up which was different from normal, but I clicked my usual 'yes' answer :o Any idea on if I can recover them?!

Thanks guys. I've tried one of them already - and a few others. The problem is that they dont find the .3gp (or something like that) files - her flippin camera saves movies in such an usual format...

Ah, I got it done!

I used VAIOsoft Recovery, from www.download.com I think.
