    Hi will i be able to connect to a wireless netwrok using my european wii in canada?

    I don't see why not. Only problem really is tv/power, and it wont be able to play Canadian games.

    I am thinking of doing the same with my 360. Is there an issue of the Irish consoles not working with Canadian Tvs? PAL and NTSC?

    Probably. I'm sure you could use a power adaptor (can buy in airport if not in any electronic store).

    As for the Wii, you'll only be able to access the PAL virtual console as well. If i were you, i'd buy a US Wii and rub our noses in the awesome games you can play that we don't have yet.
