    Folks,

We've been having a lot of service outages with Chorus over the past few months... the service has been interrupted without any notice, usually the majority of any given day.

    Like today for instance.

No luck with the customer service. when we do get a response we are told it was temporary/emergency works etc..

I'm just wondering is this a recent thing in the Swords area or has the service been like this all along ? (I've only been a subscriber since January)
Should I just give up and cancel my contract now to get Sky ?

    !?
    Frustrated
    Chopper
