Monthly American style tournament in Galway.

What?
American style multi-table Texas hold'em freeze-out. All tables will have no more than nine players.

When?
Every last Sunday of each month. Registration starts at 5 pm, cards in the air before 6 pm. Late buy-ins available until the first break.

Where?
In the Corrib Casino: 11 Forster Street, Eire Square, Galway. Because of the location membership of this private members club is required but is 100% free and quite simple; BRING PHOTO ID. Professional dealers at all tables.

How much?
50 euro for the tournament and 5 euro registration fee for 55 euro total. Tickets can only be purchased on the day itself. 100% of the prizepool will be paid out in cash to the top (number of tables)+1 players.

Structure?
Each player starts with 50 euro in chips. Chips cannot be exchanged for their cash value. Blinds are: 25c/50c, 50c/1, 75c/1.50c, 1.25c/2.50c, break, 2/4, 3/6, 5/10, 8/15, break, 15/25, 20/40, 30/60, 50/100.

Rules?
Standard poker rules apply. The tournament director has final saying in all matters.

The next date for this tournament is Sunday 24 June 2007.

Please note that starting this month, there is a tiny change in the registration. You can now pre-register in the Corrib Casino or with me personally. When pre-registering, its 50+5 as usual. Pre-registration is available until 23 June.

However, when registering on the day itself, its gonna be 50+10 instead.

In case we don't get enough pre-registrations, the event will be cancelled on 23 June (we'll text everyone) and a full refund is given to all players. If you pre-register through me personally, the refund will be 60 euro! We need 18 pre-registered players (two full tables) on 23 June, simple as.

I recommend people go, took it down last month, it was really easy with Jacques being the added value. :P
