    Hey everyone,

Does anyone know from where the "pink shirt" customer service agents that work in Dublin airport are recruited from? I'm a second year business student, and part time student pilot, and would love to get my foot into the aviation industry this summer before my work placement. If anyone has seen any adverts for these positions i'd really appreciate it. I've tried the DAA website with no avail.

    Cheers,
    Dave

ggod luck with the job search. Do you plan on training for a commercial licence? Anyone I know who has done it loves flying although I have to admit I can't see the attraction myself.

hope you dont mind me asking, but why do you want to get into customer service if you are a part-time student pilot? im currently training towards more pilot licences and i just dont see the connection with being a pilot and sitting behind the desk?Do you plan on making the flying a full time career or is it just for fun?

Hi, yep I am going into flying commercially, (hopefully) - have the PPL and that done, studying ATPL theory at the moment and starting towards CPL soon. The reason I want to do some work in customer service is I have to do work placement as part of uni next year and I want to do it with the DAA or an airline so i wanted to get a few contacts together this summer, as well as a bit of cash!;)
