    Hmmm,
    Anyone got any experience working in this role? Sounds kind of like a call center role though its handy work hours of 9:00a.m to 5:30a.m Monday to Friday. So no apparent shift work...

    Also since it isn't tech support it shouldn't be so stressful? Just recalling all the call center horror stories with the corresponding staff turnover..;)
