Just received my T bone in the post, hooked it up to my M audio Fast track pro, switched phathom power on and I get nothing on the input signal led and nothing in my headphones, it's fine with my AT63 dynamic mic.

Is there anything else to try, have missed something, or is it faulty?

Sounds faulty, but try a different cable just to make sure. Give it about 30 seconds and if you're not getting anything send it back.

You sure you have 48V Phantom power? Not just 12? It's unlikely that that's the problem, but try it.
