Specify port for active FTP transfers

Hey all, When using standard windows FTP, can you specify the port which it uses for active FTP file transfers? Not the port that it initially connects on, but the transfer port. Regards, Kevin

I need to set it so that the initial connection is on port 21 as normal, but that the client chooses to use port 10073 for transfers. No server changes should be required.
