Survey for secondhand house in Cork

Buying a 4 year old house in Carrigaline, Cork and need to get it surveyed/inspected for our own peace of mind. I've rang around a couple I've seen recommended on various threads on other boards but none of them really wanted to give me any kind of decent information. Anyone got any recommendations?
