    Hopin Somebody can help

I Have a Thomson RCA Lyra model no. RD2780A

When I was running xp I just pluged it in an it automatally mapped to a drive letter as a removable usb drive.

I just upgraded my PC and got Vista home premium

The Problem is in vista when I plug it in It shows up in Devise Manager Under Disk Drives as "thomson rd2780 player usb player device" but wont Map to a drive to allow me to access the content of the disk.

I have searched For updated drivers ant it says that there all up2date

Any help would be great -- I emailed the company but they told me to ring a us number

Start > Control Panel > Classic View
    Computer Management
    Select the "Disc Management" option.

All your drives will be listed, and one of them will be missing a drive letter. Right click on the right hand rectangle of this drive (not where it says Disc 2 or whatever, the one to the right of that), and select "Change Drive Letters"

A new window will come up. Click "Add", and select a letter to allocate to the drive from the dropdown list.
OK out of all of that, and it should come up in Computer.
