Yes, it's brilliant. What do you think of it yourself?

Hmm really must get around to watching this. This is England was a pleasant surprise, and curious about this due to all the positive word of mouth.
Unfortunately, my list of DVDs to buy is long at the moment. May just rent it at some point if I can find it.

Yep, thought it was very good, Paddy Considine did a great job of being very very angry. Looking forward to seeing 'This is England' as well.

yes, if it was up to me Considine would have received an Oscar for his performance. It's a brilliant film. Anyone considering watching it just go do it!
This is England is also a very good film. I doubt Meadows will able to top Dead Man's shoes, though.

One of my favourite films of all time. Considine was amazing in it, the intensity of the performance had me gobsmacked.

Fantastic movie. Shane Meadows is a very underrated director, and Considine's a very underrated actor.

Great great film, but I wont be rushing to watch it again. For some reason this film in particular really hit a cord with me and I found it very very sad and depressing. But it is a very effective and powerful film and Considine is class in it.

Absolutely superb film, Karl recommended this one too me, breath taking film, Considine cant be faulted for his performance in this anywhere.

amazing movie, but I found it pretty distressing and intense. Couldnt stop thinking about it for days afterwards - sure sign of a classic. Totally loved it looking back on it, but at the time its really feckin hardcore on the auld senses. Considine is pure class also.

    would highly recommend it.
