Anyone know - by any chance, roughly speaking, what someone might charge for their photograph to be used on a website?

All depends really.. When I was a bit too innocent and in awe of my photos being used I let a few go for free.. Nowadays I normally pluck a number out of my head and stick a zero on the end of it

Is that picking a number between 1-10?

I've only sold one of my photos, to a friend, and got a fair price. It was printed large on canvas and was on show in their home.

On websites, usually low res, around a fiver ...

If it's a large, faceless firm, €40.

Usually depends on the size they're using, obviously charge more if it's the main shot on their home page up to €250 for that, less as you get smaller less significant

Yep, think size of firm, where and why it's gonna be used? And what rights to the photo?
