    Hi all,

Can anyone here recommend a good quality photo printer as I have 0% knowledge of them, being a bring memory card to chemist terminal kinda guy.

Looking to get one as a present so no need to get the best uber model out there. Just a decent, reliable mid range one will be brilliant.

    Thanks

something that'll print 6x4's (like one of those little compact dye-sub printers) or something that'll print A4+ ?

My dad has an epson r300 and that was about €150 ayear or so ago. I think there is a more up to date version now R320 poasibly. It produces really nice photographs up to A4.Hope that helps, Conor.

The HP Photosmart A442 or the Canon Selphy CP750 are both good printers. Actually, the entire Selphy range are quite good & it's hard to beat HP printers.

If you don't want all those headaches with inks, paper, etc, get kodak 1400 pro, thats thermo printer which makes photolab quality prints of A4 size.
