Spartan/Fianna Open Training Sessions

    Hey all,

    With the election we lost our hall space last night so we decided to train on Saturday instead. One thing led to another and Fianna said they'd pop down.

    So I thought, why not make it an open session? Nothing fancy, just some kick ass training for those with nothing else to do on Saturday.

    When: 12-1.30

    Where: Scoil Carmel, Firhouse Road, Dublin 24

    Cool Shorts? You know it.

    Great training session Saturday - thorough warm up, some clinch drills, and Pearse gave us some great insights on the shoot for a double leg.

    Tonight we'll be out in Fianna and you're all welcome to attend. The focus will be on drills and concepts to shoot up your jitz game.
