This thread does not exist, I'm just back from a 15 day holiday of non stop 'wine tasting' - have been off the 'tasting' part for two days now and the DT's have quite obviously settled in.
Only rational explaination I can come up with.

6th, you're supposd to wait until at least the third page dumbass

    Wine Mountain?

    Wine Mountain?
Its to do with quotas and farming and subsidies.

Hasn't been mentioned much in the last 5-10 years, so if you are under the age of say... 18 you might not have heard the term.

There are meat mountains, and milk mountains etc etc.

I think what he's getting at is that it should be "wine lake" & "milk lake".

Hands up all those in favour of a boards outing to go swimming in the wine lake & skiing on the butter mountain.

The butter mountain might smell a bit off and be a tad sticky in the sun for the ski-ing.

We should lobby for it to be made into ice cream instead.

Thanks for the CAP lesson! ;)

I was referring to the mountain of liquid rather than what it actually is.

I'm all in favour of a swim in the wine lake. Can't say I'm keen on the butter mountain though. Haven't you seen what they do with butter in Last Tango in Paris?

Eat it on bread or potatoes Id imagine.
Can't see any other use for it.
