PartyPoker Problem!

    Recently my friend has been playing alot through my laptop using his partypoker account. Then one day I tried to log into my account through my laptop and it said Error 9001 - Contact Customer Support. So I did. They said my friend (they gave his name and everything) had been playing through my computer and this was not allowed. They unblocked my account after me sending them Identification but they still won't allow me to play through my own laptop!! Do they block your IP address or MAC address or how do they know it's you?!? It's pretty frustrating not been able to use my laptop to play on their site.

    They have all sorts of tricks to find out whats going on. It should be pretty obvious that it is two different people. You can only play one account on each computer so that people don't take advantage of deposit bonuses etc. There shouldn't be any problem getting your account blocked then just tell your mate he can't play at yours any more!

    they dont block you by IP because I tried my desktop computer at home and it worked fine but my laptop (on same IP) didn't. Maybe MAC address or something else? I changed my mac address with SMAC though but no luck :( any ideas???
