i thought this was pretty standard at the time but have had a few opinons who disagreed since so id thought id see what the verdict here is.

    level 4, blinds 100-200.

utg raises to 800, seems an average enough player who hasnt done anything of note so far, playing 25k.
utg +1 re-pops to 2.2k, looks to be a good player, has been involved quite a bit and seems capable of making moves, also playing 25k.
folds to me in the sb i have Q-Q, i am playing 12k and have a tight-ish table image.

    what now?

I just fold. The reraise from UTG+1 is very strong, and the UTG raiser is still to act. It depends on what "has been involved quite a bit" means - has he been reraising a lot?

Had an almost identical situation with QQ I folded. I didn't like to fold them but it was the right thing to do. They were kind enough to show their aces.

If UTG+1 is as you describe a good enough player then he is NOT making a move with the entire table to act behind him. His raise from 800 to 2200 screams i want action (and more often than not is KK or AA here with a small possibility of AK) against this range your hand is an automatic fold.

Flat calling is not the worst play as we can stack him on a Q high board (you will still have 10k behind so im not totally against flat calling as long as your prepared to give it up if he shows strength on a rag board.

Shoving is out of the question in this spot ( id even prefer a raise to 5-6k and then fold to an all in than just shove because if he calls were dead) because we get shown AA or KK to often and thats not even considering what the UTG initail raise has

Queens huh?? push you crowd of wimps

1st raise - i've a nice hand AQs i should raise coz it's bad to open limp
Reraise - i've a good hand TT i should reraise to see where i'm at

...maybe you should fold until you've AA in 4 hours
