    Hi

Im in my mid 20's and still suffer from the occasional wet dream usually happens if i stop masturbating for more than a few days. I dont even remember the dreams most of the time i just wake up in the middle of the night after its happened.

Im going away traveling with fiends soon and wont have much time to myself(you know what i mean) so its probably going to happen a lot. this will be very embarrassing cause we wil b sharing beds sleeping on trains together etc.

Does anyone have any advice? how weird is this?

    Thanks

'My boyfriend is 26 and he has them sometimes. It's normally happens if we haven't seen each other for a few days and he's anticipating sex but we don't have it for whatever reason. Just wear boxers and shorts to bed. I've noticed my boyfriend has had one because he wears boxers. Only know when he says it to me so I wouldn't worry.'

    find time...

    toilet shower etc etc...

no real advice can be givin on this cos you can't stop them
They usually happen due to a lack of sexual "excercise" and the male body comes into a state of over arousal during dreams. Its natural, ull probably find the other blokes will have similar issues.

Mid 20's? Sounds a little mature for that kind of thing imho.

p.s. Wet dreams sometimes develop over time into Western dreams - where you wake up still shooting :D

    I'll get my coat.

wear something in bed so that if it does happen you can conceal the fact.
i'd really avoid sharing a bed with someone - you might find yourself cuddling up to them in your sleep as you dream!

sleepy don't worry about it. It still happens to me and I'm in my mid twenties, just try and find time and failing that wera boxers and shorts in bed if you're sharing with someone. It's not unusual at all

Yep, generally an overload. However, you have listed your own cure there.
