delivery time from america

    what's the adverage time for a small package to arive from america. i made payment, on ebay, 20 days ago, and still nothing. emailed the seller, who said he'd look into it?

    the seller has very good feedback, 98% positive.

    is 20 days too early to open a dispute?

    Hmmm. 20 days seems a bit excessive at this time of the year.
    Normally, I get a friend in Boston to send stuff to me and it takes under a week. However, he sent a PSP car charger back on Dec 8th and it arrived here on around the 15th January, but that was over the Xmas period.

    I'd push the seller for some solid details, such as posting date (not payment date) and see what he says before opening a dispute

    Still early, I would wait a month. Most of my US stuff is here in 5-7 working days. That is from powersellers, some normal individuals can be lazy to get to the post office, or they can use very cheap economy post (esp if the item went for a very low price), that can take several months. DVDpacific give this dirt cheap option, some dvds take months, only costs them 25cent to post!

    Ask what service he used.
