ok, Im a healty 18 year old guy.

I have had only 4-5 intercourses with my girlfriend, but theirs a problem.. I cant climax :( no matter how long I go at it.... The only way I can is when she "blows" me.

It affects my girlfriend more than me, because she thinks its her fault I can..

Is their anyway to fix this or is it a health problem :(

Funny I'm the other way around. It takes all kinds. :D I can be similar to you in some ways though, especially in the past. If you're using condoms that may explain it. Try different brands for a start. Featherlite or Avantis are good. Don't focus as much on the orgasm while inside your partner, just concentrate on the nice feelings. It's not a race, so don't sweat it. If you and she enjoy it where's the harm if you get to orgasm in a different way. I know some women can feel they're somehow at fault with this issue. I know exes of mine felt they weren't doing something right. They were wrong it was just me relaxing into it. Don't worry about it too much.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

    A very common issue OP.

In large part it stems from the western idea that penetration and orgasm/ejaculation is THE be all and end all.

The reason i separate out orgasm/ejaculation is that they themselves can be separated, such that it is possible to have orgasms, plural, without the ejaculation. But thats just for clarification purposes really.

In effect the majority are conditioned to believe that the man HAS to ejaculate otherwise the woman is a failure.
If you can both forget this, it will open up a world of new possibilities.

If you can't well then, try different positions, which increase sensitivity.
Your G/friend may wish to contract have V*ginal muscles whihc will increase the grip and hence the pressure on you, she may even close the thighs with you outside..i believe its the reverse missionary.
As Wibbs said, step back and dont will it to happen, go with what you feel and let that build. Enjoy the moment and do not constantly be worrying about the need to ejaculate. Take it slow and focus your attention on the sensations, really just feel it all
    and never, ever fake it.

if your g.friend feels that You have to ejaculate inside, then use hands and mouth to build you up to a point then withdraw and then start again, after a period of time you will find this point of no return getting shorter and shorter. Keep it going until relatively close then move to penetration.

Still better to go for the first option

Give Palm and the 5 sisters a rest for a while. Think more about what's happening and less about what's going to happen. Enjoy it.
Try different positions and as Wibbs said different condoms. Durex extra-safe or performa are a hell of alot different to avanti or featherlite ;)

Used to happen to me. Unfortunately for anyone sleeping with me it's no longer an issue!

It was all psychological I think as after the first time I did ejaculate it was never an issue again.

Figure that when I was a virgin I was worried about coming to fast, this manifested itself as a subconscious "don't do it"

Then I got worried about not being able to finish which probably halted me further.

I was the same as you in that oral worked - perhaps fear of pregnancy

Would suggest featherlites or those new purple ones & relax/drift off, get in a position where you're not making eye contact. Don't masturbate until you climax inside her. Watch a fukload of porn before she comes over.
