U Box gas & Ishibashi question?

    Ok so I have terrible GAS for something on the Ubox at the moment, I don't wanna say what it is just quite yet. but I emailed Ishibashi about it on Sunday and I haven't got a reply yet. How long does it normally take to get a reply. I realise I emailed on a weekend but I'm dying of GAS here....don't they understand :(

    How long would you wait before emailing them again? I sent the mail to web-shop@ishibashi.co.jp, is there another address I should try?? :confused:

    They usually reply the next day; i.e. if you mail them now, you'll have a reply by tomorrow morning/afternoon.

    I'd mail them again. Don't forget to put 'international question - u-box' in the email subject.

    yeah i put international question in the subject. I emailed them on sunday :)
    ahh sure its only 4.10am in Japan. If they don't reply by the mornin' I'll email them back. :)
