How do i get poker tracker too differentiate between tables sizes of pokertacker? All it does is import hands and display th level.

I am getting an error now saying "unable to get game date" when trying to import hands, how do i fix it?

I'm having the same error. I had a look at the XML file it is trying to import and there is a difference in the date format, in that those that have failed to import contain no date, only time...

<startdate>18:16:26</startdate>

The working format is this...

<startdate>2007-05-15 17:51:27</startdate>

You could probably do a find and replace and insert the date into this file and try and reimport.

I play GJP dosent seem to be any problems there. Are you getting the errors for every hand history or just some??

Im importing to poker office fine without any errors so far and ive been playing all day

its been every hand history. No mention of it on PT forum yet so i dont know if its me or a common problem.

I did a find and replace and it then imported without problems...painful to do for each file, but ok as a temporary fix.

Someone on the PT forum said he contacted PPP and they said they dont plan on changing it back, so i am just going to find somewhere else it would seem.

unzip this file into the same folder containing the problem files and double click it. (make a copy of them first in case)

Wow that will be a pain if we have to do that for every hand.. Im going sending a email to them now and ye all should too that if it not fix we will simply move.. That should fix the problem quick

I know its frustrating when these changes happen but you cant expect Paddy Power to change their software to suit Poker Tracker and all the other skins out there. By the sounds of it, it should be an easy fix for the support staff at poker tracker and should be fixed soon enough.

Weird though that just Paddy Power have changed this and not GJP.

Well the thing is it's a stupid thing on their part cos the thing is omaha hands work but not Holdem so its obv a mistake on paddy power side. The support at pokertracker are concerned if whole ipoker network going that way and if its only the one site(PP) I dont think they will bother to change it.. Anyway we see what happens

PP have emailed people saying that PT are planning are on fixing th problem.

No one from iPoker has ever even contacted me about this. Why wouldn't they be storing the date in the file and just the time. This is an idiotic change to make for there isn't even a reason behind removing the date. Why would they do this and why only for Hold'em and not Omaha? It sounds like a bug on their end and not something that was intentional.

Also, you 2 guys are the only ones I've had report this. I would think there would be more iPoker users affected by this but nobody else is posting here. What iPoker site are you at? Maybe this is the only site being impacted right now.

Came across this with the hand converter. I'm just sticking in todays date for those.

I love Paddy Power's response because they probably love saying that when someone mentions Poker Tracker. Fact is though that Poker Tracker is like a players notebook.
If I am recording my hand history I will want to know the date I played a hand on so they might want to actually show some respect for their players and especially those using Poker Tracker.
The ipoker hand history format is enough of a joke as it is without this.

This is definitely a bug introduced by somebody in PPP fluting about with config files on the servers. Doesnt make any sense as the Pokertracker guy says. If they werent so pigheaded they would just look into it and realise somebody changed something by accident. Why would they intentionally misalign with the other iPoker skins on HH format?

The tree it was me they said that to bout poker tracker clearing it up on live support. Anyway prob nothing be done now and I'm not bothered to do anymore. Whats the next best site for bonuses and stuff to go to??

Here over on the poker tracker forum he just made a new thing to add to poker tracker it now works fine
