utg raises 2bb utg! , seat 3 calls seat 4 calls im on the button and have q 10 suited and call ,bb calls. seat 3 and 4 are weakish , utg played against once dont have any reads and not sure what he is like bb is a donk. the flop is Qc 10C 2d! utg makes a pot size bet , seat 3 and 4 fold im next to act with the bb behind me! i have 30k, bb has 15k, and utg has 9k however it is the early stages of the macau leauge final so the blind level is still relatively small 50/100.what do you do here? il post what i did later!

What did you hope to see when limping with Q 10? I'm guessing that a Q 10 2 flop would have been high on the list. The problem with limping with a marginal hand here is that you have absolutely no idea of UTG's range, but now you are only behind to a flopped set so get your money in.

    Utg bets 1k into a 1k pot. I'd reraise to 3k.

Further action is dependant on whether he reraises, shoves or flat calls, but more importantly on any reads you can get. At this point I would call a shove.

You are leaving yourself with difficult decisions on later streets by not re-raising pre-flop, and narrowing his range.

FWIW I'd guess he called you down and hit a club on the river.

Edit: I think you'll get more responses if you make more of an effort to Capitalise, not use text speak etc. Your post was difficult to read.

i know most people will say you should have folded pre flop but thats not what you want to hear... In this case i'd raise 3x his bet, He could be chasing a flush or a straight.

 thanks for yer replys, this is what happened! i reraise to 3k, the bb folds , then the utg thinks for about 45/50 seconds and moves all in!!!!! what do you do ? ps.the main reason im involved here in the first place is due to the fact that there were 3 players involved for small money pre flop not including myself or the bb im hoping to flop a monster (which i did in this case) and if i dont its not a huge chunck of my stack and i get out.

Yep, raise and try to get All-In on the flop. Seeing as that's what happened it's a fine call. Don't really care what he actually had, but his range is probably AA, KK, QQ, 1010, AQ. QQ is unlikely because we have one and one's on board, same with 1010, so most of his range is probably AA, KK and AQ (AQ less than the other 2). Actually also AKc as well.
