Probably would have been better in the General Election 2007 forum, but some people obviously only use one small section of boards..

Anyway, to answer your question (with help from google)
Question: I did not receive my polling card, can I vote without it?
Answer: The polling card is only an information card, which will tell you the date and time of voting and the polling station to attend. You can vote as long as you are on the register and if you bring photographic ID with you e.g. Passport, Drivers Licence, Bus Pass or Work ID.
