Sky+ jammed/stuck?

    My sky+ is constantly displaying that it is in the middle of recording the simpsons on sky one despite that was to happen two weeks ago.

    When i try to delete or cancel it will not erase.

    Also now when scheduled recording are set to record i later look them up to find a message saying there was a programme clash but yet there is no reason for the clash?

    Anyone any ideas?

    I am sick of ringing Sky with niggly problems lately with sky+:confused:

    Perhaps you could try the house keeping option, this will erase your hard drive and so might sort your problem.

    Try Planner rebuild first, that wont wipe what you've recorded.

    Or have you tried unplugging your box from the mains for a few minutes?
