I have an exam at 9.30 on Wednesday morning in the RDS, but unfortunately due to a combination of factors I am going to be in ridiculously early (maybe about 6.45... ugh) unless some other option comes up... Does anybody know what time the RDS actually opens so I can go inside? Or is there anywhere nearby where I could go sit inside in case it is raining?

go into the 4 seasons or bewleys hotel, right beside simmonscourt for a bit of breakfast at that time. doubt it'd open at 6.45!

Do they definitely serve breakfast? You don't have to be staying in the hotel or anything?

Yes, they do, and you don't have to be staying there.
