..a very large double room with ensuite in a relatively modern apartment very close to the Luas in Dublin 6? Will be renting out the room in the next few months but unsure what realistic rent is for a single person. Apartment has 2 other occupants, digital TV, great view from the balcony, usual conveniences, broadband, parking. I hear rents are going up again city wide and I had a look at Daft. Seem to be double rooms between 550 and 900 available.

If you just want one person, then I think around 650 is probably right. Any higher and you'll only get couples who could afford that...
