MP4 Converter

Does anyone know of a good free MP4 converter? I've had a look through the 'Essential Free Software' sticky and didnt see one. Also did a search and nothing came up. As for google, I find it impossible to find free software, and when I do its always terrible! Thanks

media coder and its freeware.

not sure who good it is but i used to convert from real media to avi with no problems.
