Hi There, just wondering if anyone can help me. Ive recently moved to Rathmines in Dublin and Im looking for a football team to join. I googled around and found Portobello Gaa, which seems perfect as their pitch is 10 mins walk from me. It says on their website that training is on Tues and Thurs at 7pm however every time Ive turned up at the pitch no-one is around. The grass looks pretty long on the ptch too no real signs of matches or training very strange indeed?

Does anyone know whats going on ive come back at later times on those nights but still no-one around. Leave a post if anyone knows any info regarding the club

    Thanks alot,

Well done to the royals yesterday Joe Sheridans penalty was hilarious!!!

A guy called Mick Murphy (he used to anyway) looks after the team they usualy have notes in the Herald the day the culb GAA notes are in (Tuesday??), but if you go into the Portobello or Lower Deck they could have details for you also.

Yeah seen that, think it has changed with the club since the Portobello Hotel changed hands.
